Wedding PA Service
 
 
The Wedding PA is a service which allows couples to access the services of a professional wedding co-ordination company on an ad-hoc, "pay as you go" basis.
The main focus of the service is to provide busy couples with a support mechanism which allows them to off-load time-consuming or phone-intensive activities related to their wedding.
 
For example:
  • Obtaining comparative quotes from all types of suppliers and negotiating contracts
  • Arranging visits to see venues and suppliers
  • Reviewing venue function sheets
  • Compiling guest information and accommodation lists
  • Acting as an accommodation booking service for guests and providing guest liaison
  • Addressing and sending out invitations, guest information letters etc.
  • Collating responses from RSVPs, noting special requirements etc.
  • Arranging deliveries/collections to and from your home / venue
  • Sending out supplier briefing letters (for example, access / delivery / performance times, facilities required, power requirements, dress expectations on the day, route maps, meal arrangements, emergency contact numbers etc.)
  • Providing advice on wedding etiquette/do's and don'ts
  • Designing, formatting and printing table plans, table names etc.
  • Handwriting place cards
  • Researching honeymoon options
  • Creating wedding-specific websites
As an added bonus, when sourcing and contracting any supplier on your behalf our aim is always to identify reputable and reliable suppliers whom we can trust, hence we underwrite the delivery of any service provider we recommend. No other co-ordination company offers this service.
The Wedding PA is designed for busy couples who do not have enough time to carry out the many detailed activities required to implement all of their wedding day plans. It will also appeal to couples who are uncertain whether they require a wedding co-ordinator but would like to assess the benefits before committing. Couples can upgrade to On-the-day or Full Co-ordination at any point during the service.
