Experience
We have been organising weddings, working directly for our clients as independent co-ordinators, for over ten years. We were one of the two original wedding planners operating within the UK and have successfully designed, planned and managed in excess of 400 weddings.
We are experienced project managers with a background in managing projects within a commercial environment. We have a strong understanding of business including commercial contracts, contract negotiation, contract law, financial planning, resource management and budgeting.
We have extensive reference material to help demonstrate ideas, assess venues and identify the many forms of wedding suppliers available, as well as numerous examples of the weddings we have organised for couples across the UK and overseas.
we regularly provide advice to TV production companies, magazines, venues and suppliers on the wedding industry, wedding trends and market rates.
We receive over 60% of our new business from personal recommendation and referrals.
Unlike most other co-ordinators, we operate full-time. Our offices are open and manned from 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with emergency contact numbers outside these hours.
 
Professionalism
Unlike all other co-ordinators (who will only act as agents) we will underwrite the delivery of all suppliers contracted by us so it is in our interest that suppliers deliver.
for every couple we provide a comprehensive service description and service level agreement covering all the elements of our service related to their wedding. Compare our service description and SLA to any other wedding co-ordinator and see the difference!
For every wedding we produce a very detailed planner – generally in excess of 20 pages and detailing every aspect of the wedding for use by all the suppliers as well as the venue.
Our venue matching activity is a continuous activity designed to identify the right venue for you – we do not limit this activity to just a few venues.
we do not charge for our initial consultations or sales proposals, but allow you to gain confidence in us before committing to any of our services.
Our charges are based on the amount of effort required to co-ordinate your wedding, subject to the parameters of the service that we mutually agree. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge based on the amount of money you are spending on your wedding.

We are creative individuals with a wealth of ideas, information and contacts.
many couples come to us simply for assistance with the design of their wedding, based on the styles and ideas demonstrated in our real weddings pages.
Our knowledge of UK venues is second to none - if we don't know about a venue, it probably doesn't exist! (and we also offer overseas venue finding).
We offer total flexibility, holding meetings during the daytime, evenings or at weekends. We have meetings with clients at their home or offices and at times convenient to them.
We always provide a minimum of two staff at any wedding. This enables us to deal with any issues quickly and effectively, whilst providing continuity throughout.
We use email and dedicated client Internet pages extensively to ease communication and show couples examples or ideas specific to their wedding - particularly useful for clients who spend a lot of time travelling, live overseas or do not have the time or option to download files from emails
Above all, we listen to your ideas, likes and dislikes, we take time to understand every aspect of the wedding day you want, and we work with you throughout the planning process to design, create and execute the wedding day you have dreamed of.
