A 70s themed 40th birthday party at the Four Seasons Park Lane. The function rooms were transformed with 70s furniture, props and memorabilia. Costumes were provided for all of the staff and guests and a 70s inspired hair and make-up studio provided the finishing touches. The party began with a "This is Your Life" style tribute set in a mock TV studio including video feeds from family, friends and colleagues around the world. A 70s menu was served while guests enjoyed games and activities from the era. Entertainment included a 70s tribute band, dancing by "Pans People" and Bjorn Again, who arrived in style in a Ford Torino. The invitation for this party was designed by our creative team and comprised a CD printed with a logo, used throughout the party, and featuring our client's own selection of favourite 70s hits in addition to the party information. |

A "Bling" themed joint birthday party at Floridita. The venue was transformed with crystal curtains, crystal candelabra, ice bar, starcloth backdrops, two stages and lighting techniques. Red roses were abundant and crystals featured throughout the night. Guests were met by two top models who escorted them to the fabulous crystal-encrusted staircase into the venue. Cristal champagne and caviar circulated. Entertainment was provided throughout the night, with sets from Lemar and Beverley Knight interspersed with dancing by a Caribbean dance troupe, World salsa dance champions and the Kombat Breakers. The invitation for this party was designed by our creative team and took the form of a heavy black card encrusted with Swarovski crystals and presented in a black velvet-lined box with gold trim. |

A Moulin Rouge themed 60th birthday party. The venue was decorated with Moulin Rouge signage, a giant windmill, red velvet drapes and mood lighting. Ostrich feathers decorated the tables and guests were supplied with feather boas or moustaches on arrival! A caricaturist and magician circulated while a French accordion and fiddle duo played. Following an elegant dinner and speeches, guests were entertained by a "Can-Can" dance troupe before enjoying a disco, fun casino and themed photo booth. |

A Tuscan themed 50th birthday party. A marquee formed the venue for this party which was elegantly and stylishly decorated with vines, ivy, statues, pots of herbs and lemon trees, all set against a Tuscan painted backdrop. Candlelight inside and out completed the picture and provided a relaxed ambience for the party. Canapes and bowl food were served throughout the evening and guests were entertained by a Pavarotti tribute act before dancing the night away to a disco. |

A Wild West themed party at a country house in Surrey. This property formed the perfect setting for a Wild West party with the central courtyard and rustic hall providing the ideal ambience and lending themselves to subtle dressing. A Country & Western band performed from the back of a wagon, line dance instruction took place in the courtyard, a bucking bronco and shooting range operated inside the barn and a lassoo artist and card shark entertained guests on arrival. Giant cacti, a teepee, swing doors, barrels and wagon wheels completed the look. |

A launch party with a London Cruise theme held at a Park Lane Hotel. Guests left the quay on arrival and walked across the gangplank onto the deck of the boat past distant images of London, through dry ice, while sounds of London were played in the background. Colouring in the Ballroom was green and blue to reflect the ambience of the Thames and food from different cultures was served from dressed food stations for all to enjoy. |

A batmitzvah in a marquee with a pink and orange theme. The colours were carried throughout the marquee with a pink and orange chequerboard dance floor, pink valance, pink and orange alternating linen, coloured water glasses and table stationery. Flowers were in the same hot colours and giveaways all complemented the theme. Food was fun and interactive with cocktails and mini pizzas prepared to order on arrival, and a medley of desserts for guests to choose from following the meal. A fabulous cheese stall and hot chocolate and churros stand completed the evening. Entertainment included a close-up magician, a photo studio (including props) and a 12 piece dance band. A sweet stall (all in pink!) was available during the evening with miniature glassine bags for guests to fill and take away. |

An awards ceremony with a Midsummer Nights Dream theme. The venue selected for this party was The Langham, offering an elegant and sophisticated backdrop for this romantic theme. The rooms were lit with candles complemented by a rose pink colour wash, with sheer voile drapes and foliage decorating the stage and presentation area. Glass awards were selected to complement the theme. Cheeky imps, a human "Tree" and mystical animals entertained guests during the drinks reception. Following the formal awards presentation, entertainment continued with a disco, fire-juggler, themed photo booth and indoor pyrotechnics as a grand finale. |

A Night at the Opera with a "Phantom" theme to complement the fabulous chandeliers at this venue. The Ballroom was dressed in red and black with alternating amber and red uplighting, richly coloured linen and domes of red roses on the tables. Red velvet drapes framed the stage and a red velvet entrance canopy provided gravitas on arrival. Guests were entertained by a pianist and opera singer on arrival, with a performance from Tenors Incognito following dinner. |

A 60th birthday party in the style of an elegant garden party. The venue chosen for this event was Temple Island in Henley, allowing guests to be transported along the Thames by boat with the party location a surprise. Pink was chosen as a key colour for the party which we used together with black and white to provide a feel of the 1920s. A black and white marquee for luncheon was complemented with kentia palms and pink and white orchids. Entertainment was provided by a jazz trio. The invitation was designed by our creative team comprising pink type on a heavy white card with matching pink block backing. |

A party to celebrate the golden age of Hollywood held at Bury Court Barn. This stunning venue was dressed in black, white and chrome to represent the glitz and glamour of the 1920s and 1930s. Film clips were projected onto the walls in the reception area with the well recognised Hollywood sign depicted on the main wall. Clapperboards decorated the tables and food was inspired from the era. Entertainment included a Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers show dance with dance instruction provided for guests to follow. |

An Austin Powers themed post-conference dinner at the Hilton London Metropole. Purple and red crushed velvet drapes lined the walls, matching the alternating table linen and chair covers. Rotating mirrorballs formed table centres with pinspot lighting and colour wash effects to the dance floor to complete the effect. Costumes were provided for guests who were entertained following their dinner by a themed disco and dance troupe. |

A 70th birthday party for a racehorse owner at Inner Temple Hall. The jersey colours of our client's racehorse provided the inspiration behind the styling for this party with a hand appliqued silk invitation, designed by our creative team. The venue was elegantly decorated with brocade linen, subtle lighting and candelabra, which were complemented on each table by an origami racehorse made from the Racing Post. |
