On The Day Wedding Co-ordination |

As an alternative to full co-ordination we also offer ‘On-the-Day’ co-ordination. You may have already chosen your suppliers and wish us to co-ordinate the wedding from this point on, allowing you to relax during the lead up to your wedding. Or perhaps you wish to receive the benefits of a co-ordinator on the day of the wedding, but have time in hand to undertake the detailed planning yourselves. |

Our On-the-Day service includes a detailed Wedding Consultancy meeting at the start to review the current plan so that it can be accelerated and maximised as appropriate. Following this consultancy a draft event planner is produced expanding on any areas flagged for assistance. |

| The service includes unlimited email and telephone advice and guidance, full supplier advice and guidance and free access to our wedding support websites containing a wealth of ideas. | ||
| A detailed planning meeting is held to review and expand the final plan around 4-6 weeks before the wedding which may optionally take place in conjunction with a site visit and tasting session. Suppliers are briefed and the plans are formally handed over to us around 3 weeks before the wedding. | ||
| Finally, on the day of the wedding, we provide attendance throughout to ensure the smooth running of the day. | ||
