Alternative Occasions is one of the UK's most established event coordination and consultancy companies and since 1995 we have helped thousands of clients with every aspect of their event. These events include parties, weddings and corporate events, many of them for repeat clients.

Our services include venue finding as well as sourcing any supplier providing an event-related service! So, if you have a demanding job or limited spare time, we will provide the information you need to make better use of the time you do have. If you have the “vision”, but not the knowledge or the time to source and implement the detail, we will ensure the many different suppliers are co-ordinated and the plan is carried out down to the finest detail.

Our style appeals to busy, yet discerning individuals looking for something special and who appreciate the care, expertise and knowledge of a specialist in their field. Our emphasis is always on providing a personal service, whilst our charges are based purely on the amount of effort required, rather than a proportion of your budget.
